My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious, freshened before retiring, and the housekeeping and turn-down service were incredibly attentive. However, some of the corner suites have oddly shaped bathrooms. The service was beyond outstanding, with every little detail attended to, but unfortunately, there was an issue with unauthorized charges on my credit card that the staff tried to cover up with lies. The location in the heart of Yorkville was ideal, making it easy to enjoy everything Toronto has to offer. The dining experience was good overall, with friendly service, but some dishes arrived cold and missing components.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning, equipped with lockers and toiletries which made everything convenient. However, the view faced the construction area, which was a downside.

The location was perfect for exploring, close to the best retail and restaurants in Toronto. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
